Stepping Ahead has been operating as Injury Management Specialists since 2006, and has helped hundreds of Western Australians overcome injury setbacks and return to work.

We engage professionally with all key stakeholders (including your doctor and employer) and services are tailored to the injured worker and the workplace expectations.
We are governed by an overwhelming belief that a person has a right to work, and we know that returning to work as soon as possible after an injury greatly improves the chances of a full recovery.
Stepping Ahead Director Rosa McCartney is highly competent with more than 20 years’ experience, and leads a qualified team that is tenacious, transparent and dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for all clients.
Our team includes registered nurses, an exercise physiologist, occupational therapist, psychologists, and rehabilitation counsellors.
